Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date the item was posted and we will issue a full refund (excluding return postage charge).

Damaged items

We will do our best to ensure that all publications are in perfect condition before dispatching for delivery. If, however, you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, you can send it back to us within 28 days of the date the item was posted and we will exchange it for you.

St Katharine & Shadwell Trust will check all items returned as damaged or faulty. If we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our expenses from you.

We cannot take responsibility for any items that are damaged in transit, or after delivery.

Refund of delivery charges

Unfortunately we do not refund return postage costs. We hope all our customers can understand that, as a charity, we need to minimise our costs.
