St Katharine & Shadwell Trust welcomes donations of any size from small, one-off contributions to large contributions for funds set up in the name of the donor.

A named fund can work just as a private charitable trust set up through an agreed series of donations, often over several years, or by gift in a will. Donations can be directed to particular areas or groups of beneficiaries.

Gift Aid

If you are a taxpayer, a simple Gift Aid declaration increases the value of your donation by enabling us to reclaim the basic rate of tax, adding 28p to every pound donated. In addition, higher rate taxpayers can reclaim tax relief on the gross amount of the donation, worth 23p for every £1 donated.
