St Katharine & Shadwell Trust offers work experience to young people from secondary schools across London. We help them understand the skills and attitudes needed by future employers, give them confidence to make informed choices about their future, and make it easier for them to demonstrate their suitability to prospective employers.

My college gave me choices of who to work for and I felt YouthBank was the one for me. It was a fresh and new thing. The type of youth work I’ve usually done has been in youth clubs. Here at the Trust, working for YouthBank where I have more responsibility and I feel more grown up and professional.
