Shadwell Basin Project in Tower Hamlets

Apply

Applying for the St Katharine & Shadwell grants is very simple. All you need to do is send a letter detailing your project. Tell us:

• Who you are
• What you do
• How we may contact you
• What you want to do
• Why you want to do it
• Who and how many people from the area (St Katharine & Shadwell) will benefit
• How much money you need
• What do you need it for
• Any support you have already received, or been promised, for the same purpose

The latest accounts or a statement of income and expenditure may be useful. Sometimes the Trust needs to obtain advice or information from other sources before your request can be considered.

Please do telephone if you have any questions.

When to apply:

The Board meets every three months, usually at the end of January, April, July and October, but this may be subject to variation. Although, there are no deadlines for submitting applications, it helps us if we have the information at least a fortnight before the next meeting.

If you urgently need money for a specific date, please telephone to find out when the next meeting is before you make an application. It simply may not be possible for the Trust to respond in time.

Small grants can sometimes be considered in between meetings in cases of emergency.
