Do I need to submit any supporting documents?
Yes. You will need to submit the following documents with the completed application form:
• Your group’s rules or constitution
• A full list of all the members of the management committee or steering group, including addresses with cheque signatories identified
• A copy of a bank statement from the last 3 months
• Annual accounts or a statement of income and expenditure
• A copy of your business plan
• Child Protection Policy or Vulnerable Adult Policy, if applicable
When to Apply
The deadline for applications is 5pm on Thursday 20 May 2010 and the Panel will meet on 15 June 2010.
The decision-making panel normally meet four times a year. Completed applications must be received at least two weeks before a meeting.

Applicants will be notified of the decision as soon as possible after a meeting. Successful applications must complete their project or activity within 12 months of receiving the grant.
