St Katharine & Shadwell Trust Director, Jenny Dawes has been awarded an MBE in The Queen’s Birthday Honours List for her service to the Trust.

This comes as we prepare to celebrate the Trust’s 20th anniversary, which not only marks 20 years of grant-making, but also 20 years of incredible work by local voluntary and community groups.

Jenny has been with the Trust since it’s inception in 1999. Initially serving the former wards of St Katherine and Shadwell in Tower Hamlets, the Trust’s area of benefit now extends to the City of London, Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets.
