Artists in Residence - A Teachers' Handbook
In 1995, the Trust published its first Handbook in response to teachers’ request for guidance. Using funds from the local supermarket, a Chief Executive’s sponsored marathon and proceeds from an art gallery auction, the first Handbook was student–designed and co-sponsored by London Arts Board and the Times Educational Supplement. It sold throughout the United Kingdom and abroad. Five thousand copies later, it has been replaced by a new edition.
